The SA-220 is an advanced single gas detection transmitter designed for use with the full range of SA2 smart sensor modules. The diffusion-based detector identifies gas type, sensitivity range, and serial number at startup and guides the user through zero and span calibration with a full-color display. It supports configurable sleep modes, GPS entry details, 10 event logs, optional relays, an intrinsically safe sensor interface, and a choice of ABS plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel housings.
Two enclosures. One platform.
The SA-220 and SA-220B share the same electronics, SA2 smart sensor support, and output options. The difference between the two types is the enclosure.
SA-220 Industrial Gas Detector
The standard SA-220 enclosure for fixed-point installations. Available in single sensor configuration with Modbus & 4-20 mA output.

SA-220B Gas Detector
