Gas readings tell you what is happening. Sensor behavior can tell you whether you can trust the reading.
Continuous monitoring of gas activity and sensor health across the site.
Foresight continuously monitors gas activity and sensor performance across the site, helping distinguish emerging leak conditions from abnormal sensor behavior and degradation.
Because the sensors and analytics platform are engineered together, Foresight can evaluate trends across the entire monitoring system - helping teams identify potential sensor issues earlier, reduce unnecessary maintenance, and prioritize service before reliability is compromised.

Digital platform design
Built for the harshest safety-critical conditions.
Real-time facility visibility, from anywhere
Live system status, meteorological history, particulate tracking, and gas sensor readings in one view.
Nine screens. One operating picture of your site.
From fleet-wide health down to a single unit's profile - every Foresight view works off the same live data stream from your installed base.
Alarms
Live and historical alarm events with gas, concentration, location, and acknowledgement trail - exportable for incident review and compliance documentation.
Device Management
Per-device detail: serial number, sensor type, firmware, span and zero history, and the 24 health records streaming off each SA-220.
Device Auto-discovery
New devices and SA2 Smart Sensor Modules are recognized automatically on connection - gas, range, and calibration data populate without manual configuration.
Customer Assets
Your complete installed base by site, area, and asset tag - so you always know what is deployed, where, and how old it is.
Service & Maintenance
Calibration due dates, bump test history, open service tickets, and technician sign-offs tracked against every asset.
Engine Doctor
Combustion diagnostics for natural gas, diesel, and gas-fired equipment - trends emissions and efficiency drift and points to the root cause before it becomes downtime.
Fleet Management
Every detector, field station, and analyzer across all sites in one health roll-up - online status, active alarms, and units needing attention.
Emissions Reporting
GPS-tagged, time-stamped concentration records rolled up into audit-ready emissions and exposure reports.
Value Realization
Quantifies avoided failures, deferred sensor replacements, and reduced truck rolls so the program pays for itself on paper.
The hardware feeding Foresight in real time
Field pods, edge polling, portable analyzers, and fixed multi-sensor systems all stream into the same platform - one data model, one operating picture.

4DS-E Sensor Pod
Solar-powered, cellular-connected four-sensor gas pod for perimeter and fenceline monitoring.

5E MET POD - Meteorological Station
Wind, temperature, humidity, and barometric data to correlate gas events with site conditions.

Site HUB - Edge Polling Device
On-site edge polling and aggregation - collects from connected devices and streams them into Foresight.

SA-PMSA Portable Multi-Sensor Analyzer
Field-portable multi-gas analyzer for spot checks and rotating coverage, reporting into the same platform.

SA-XDS Diffusion Multi-Monitoring System
Multi-sensor diffusion detection using SA2 Smart Sensors in a NEMA 4X enclosure.

SA-XES Aspirated Multi-Sensor Gas Detection System
Sample-draw multi-sensor monitoring for ducts, remote process points, and long sample lines.
24 data records per sensor. One intelligence platform.
Every SA2 sensor streams 24 health and event records into Foresight - the raw material for leak detection, continuous monitoring, and engine troubleshooting and remediation. Most platforms work with a single sensor value. We work with 24.
Sensor Health & Maintenance
Baseline drift, cell impedance, and span response combine to flag abnormal sensor behavior earlier. Teams can prioritize service before reliability is compromised.
Emissions Reporting
GPS-tagged, time-stamped concentration records roll up into EPA-ready emissions exposure reports - no spreadsheet reconciliation.
Documentation Support
Alarm event logs, bump test history, and calibration records feed directly into your program documentation and audit trail.
Why reactive maintenance is failing your facility
Sensors Fail Without Warning
Most fixed gas sensors degrade gradually. By the time the alarm doesn't trigger, it's too late.
No Visibility Across Sites
Multi-site operations have no unified view of sensor health, calibration status, or alarm history.
Reactive, Not Condition-Based
Industry standard is to wait for sensor failure or annual calibration. Foresight changes that.
Every combustion unit is writing its own diagnosis in the exhaust. We read it.
Continuous exhaust monitoring with Engine Doctor - ranked probable faults, confidence scores, and audit-ready emissions records generating themselves. For natural gas, diesel, and gas-fired combustion equipment.

Portable Multi-Sensor Analyzer - SA-PMSA
Four dual-sensor stainless chambers (8-sensor capacity), aspirated sampling with water separator and coalescing filter, color LCD HMI, onboard logging, and a 12 V rechargeable battery in a NEMA 4X case. Sixteen selectable target gases - O2, CO, NO, NO2, CxHy, CH4, CO2, C3H8, SO2, H2S, H2, NH3, HCHO and more. The SA-FCA fixed analyzer runs the same sensing platform permanently mounted at the unit, and both stream into Foresight Combustion for baseline, capture, and remediation tracking.
Are you able to see your sensor details remotely today?
Live readings, alarm history, calibration status, and sensor health - from a phone, a laptop, or the control room, across every site you run. If the answer is no, or only partly, a 20-minute walkthrough of Foresight will show you exactly what that visibility looks like on your own detector layout.
