Gas Detection Control System
The SCX is a scalable gas detection controller engineered for continuous monitoring and measurement of toxic and combustible gases across local and distributed environments. Featuring multi-screen navigation and configurable alarm logic, the controller supports both digital and analog architectures - managing up to 32 digital channels and 8 to 16 analog (4–20 mA) inputs. Compatible with SA-220 and SA-220B transmitters, depending on the application. The system features automatic detection and configuration for Safeguard Analytics smart sensor modules, an intuitive full-color HMI, and rapid parameter setup via the Safeguard Configuration App. The system features automatic detection and manual configuration for Analog devices. Enclosures are available in Polycarbonate or Stainless Steel.
